Orders

The payment methods accepted are credit cards (VISA and MASTERCARD) and PayPal. These methods are 100% safe. All personal data and information is encrypted and protected. My online store accepts:

  • PayPal
  • Visa and Mastercard
  • Credit transfer

For each payment with Visa or Mastercard you must have a PayPal account to be able to use this payment option on my online store. For the transfer it is advisable to use the instant transfer option to be able to speed up the authorization for delivery. Otherwise it is necessary to wait for the administrative verification relating to the debit of the purchase amount in order to proceed with the delivery.

It is not possible to pay cash on delivery.

I am sorry but at the moment it is not possible to place orders by phone. You can contact me for any information at contact@adelchisa.com. The opening hours are: Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 18:00 and I will be happy to answer you.

The jewels are individually packaged inside specially designed boxes. Inside you will find my message of welcome to the world of chili peppers.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. All personal and payment information will be verified. In case of problems, we will contact you personally.

Check that the email and password combination you’re using is the same one you used when you created your account.
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link “forgot password” and enter your email. You will be sent an email with a reminder of your password.
In case you still can’t access your account, make sure you’ve created an account. If you haven’t already, follow the instructions on the www.adelchisa.com site.

It is necessary to select the chosen item or items and add / add them to the cart. Once you have entered your product(s), follow the instructions on the checkout page to complete your order. You will need to create an account otherwise you can place an order as a guest. Once the operation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. You should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. Check for spam and if you do not receive it you can send an email to: contact@adelchisa.com.

Shipping

Processing an order takes approximately 7 (seven) business days, once the order is processed and delivered to the carrier, it usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be delivered. For the islands and disadvantaged areas, delivery could take an extra day. Orders placed on holidays or during the weekend will be processed and processed on the first following working day. All this because mine is a very small company but I remain available for any information about it and you can contact me by email at: contact@adelchisa.com.

Shipping costs are free for orders over Euro 550.00 while for orders below the costs will be Euro 10.00. The price may vary depending on the weight and place of shipment.

You can provide two different addresses.

Orders are processed quickly but if you notice any error you can send an email to: contact@adelchisa.com entering the correct address. If the order has already been processed and delivered to the courier you can contact him directly. Once you receive the tracking information, you can contact the courier for a possible change of delivery address. I remind you that Adelchisa is in no way responsible for any delivery delays caused by orders in which the addresses have been changed and I will not offer any compensation.

Products

Treat it with extreme care.

Each Adelchisa jewel is completely handmade and hand-glazed, which is why it must be handled with extreme care. Do not store it in a polyvinyl plastic bag (such as garbage bags) because they contain chemical compounds that can oxidize 925 Silver more quickly. You have to keep it in a jewelry box with fabric inside (velvet type) or in a special case (as indicated on my site that you can buy later).

Silver 925 or Silver 925 with gold galvanic, tends to oxidize over time, so you have to pay close attention to the contact of the jewel with: perfumes, air, salt water, sulfur, creams, hair spray, chlorine. Leathers that have a pH particularly rich in acids, could accelerate the oxidation process of the product. FOR THIS REASON, OXIDATION IS NOT CONSIDERED A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. I also do not recommend wearing jewelry during bathing or showering or during sports activities.

In the event that the jewel comes into contact with aggressive agents or products such as: alcohol, sprays, perfumes, creams, shaving creams, salt water, limestone water, water with sulfur, water with chlorine, beauty products and so on, suggest rinsing the jewel properly with warm water without rubbing it and drying it properly with a microfiber or cotton cloth.

IN CASE THE JEWEL IS ALREADY OXIDIZED, TRY TO RECOVER ITS SHINE BY FOLLOWING THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

  • Clean the jewel with warm water without rubbing it and dry it with a soft microfiber or cotton cloth. Remember that the jewel is hand-enamelled so use a lot of delicacy.
  • Do not use toothbrushes of any kind.
  • Do not use silver polishing products because they may damage the already oxidized parts or remove the enamelling completely.

REMEMBER THAT THE JEWEL OF ADELCHISA IS A COMPLETELY HANDMADE AND HAND-PAINTED PRODUCT. Do not expose your jewel to chemicals, avoid wearing the jewel while doing sports, remove the jewel before starting any hobby or household chores, avoid any contact with cosmetic products, avoid rapid changes in temperature, check the closure often and check that the chain has the closure closed to avoid annoying knots.

Adelchisa rings are adjustable and therefore it is not necessary to go to a jeweler to tighten or enlarge them.

Each Adelchisa jewel is made of 925 Silver or 925 Silver with gold galvanic and tends to oxidize over time. The jewel must be treated with care and avoid contact with agents such as perfumes, acids, air, salt water, water with chlorine, water with sulfur, aesthetic creams, hairsprays etc. Leathers particularly rich in acid pH accelerate the oxidation time, so I recommend not wearing the jewel for very long times. Oxidation is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered by warranty. Store your jewel in a jewelry box with protective fabric or you can buy the jewelry bag that you find on the site made entirely by hand in 100% cotton.

Not nono sold separately but coordinated in pairs as you see on the site. The color and shades you see on the online site have been specially designed to create a play of light on every type of face color and skin type. You can choose between different types of earrings (with dot, hoop or with multicolor zircons) with matching chillies. You can buy more pairs to collect the entire Rip.Ip collection.

Returns and cancellations

Items purchased on the adelchisa.com online store can be returned up to 14 days after receipt of the order.

Only new items that have not been worn and in perfect condition can be returned.

Contact customer service by sending an email to: contact@adelchisa.com and you will be given return instructions and you will be provided with the return form. You can send your return from the Post Office of your choice. There may be some delay in processing the return because my customer service will have to do some assessments. In this case you will be contacted by email to proceed with the checks.

Once my warehouse receives the returned item and the item has been verified and checked, I will proceed to the refund. The refund will be made by bank transfer. Therefore you will be contacted to provide me with your bank details. The stamp duty shipping costs you paid when sending the order will not be refunded. Remember that you will only be charged the net amount of the item purchased.

THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING THE PACKAGE ARE CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER.

In order to avoid the unfortunate case of the loss of the package, we always recommend sending the return with a tracked shipping option.

To receive another jewel in exchange for the one returned, you must place a new order.

If you accept a damaged, crushed, broken or opened package, Adelchisa will not guarantee a refund of a damaged/missing item.
